Full semester programs
In a full-semester study abroad program, you will spend a semester in another country through JCC’s membership in the College Consortium for International Studies (CCIS). You can study in Argentina, Australia, China, Costa Rica, England, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Morocco, New Zealand, Peru, Russia, Scotland, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey, and more! Not all countries are available every term, so schedule an appointment with Global Learning to discuss current offerings.
These programs are open to sophomores with a minimum GPA of 2.5 and freshmen with an exceptional academic record. You may earn 15 credits while studying abroad, which are counted toward your degree at JCC.
Travel courses
Travel courses combine a course taught at JCC with a group trip abroad. You and your class will embark with your instructor on an experience abroad with planned excursions. Past locations include Costa Rica, Spain, Italy, and more!
